"Pretty complete kit, instructions could be clearer"
I picked up this sub/amp bundle and overall I’m happy with it. It came with basically everything I needed, like the wires, fuse holder, RCAs, and a bunch of the small stuff I usually end up forgetting. It definitely made the install a lot less of a hassle. I’m giving it 4 stars because the instructions maybe could’ve been a bit clearer, but the kit itself seemed complete and was packed just fine.

"Support came through"
Had an issue with my amp order and thought it was gonna be a whole mess. But support hit me back quick and got it sorted with no drama. Super chill experience overall, and I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Kind of a mixed visit"
I stopped by again hoping to pick up a few things I’d been meaning to grab, and the store itself was fine overall. The staff seemed busy but polite, and I did find a couple of random items I needed. I spent more time than expected walking around and checking different sections, though, and after a while it got a little frustrating because quite a few of the things I actually came in for were sold out again

"Processing Took Longer Than Expected"
As someone who likes to stay on top of my orders and track things closely, it was frustrating to see my order just sitting there for days before anything actually happened. Once it finally shipped, the delivery part was fine, but the processing time definitely tested my patience.

I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me quickly. They explained everything in a simple way and helped me get the issue sorted out without much hassle. I do wish the updates came a little faster, but overall it was a useful and positive experience.

"Had a damaged amp, but they made it right"
Umm, my amp arrived with one corner cracked, probably from shipping. I sent them a few pictures and they replied quickly. It took a few days to get everything sorted, but they ended up sending me a replacement. Not a perfect experience, but I’d say they handled it fairly.

"Quick wiring help, but a little rushed"
They helped me get my wiring issue fixed quickly, which I really appreciated. The service was solid overall, but it did feel a bit rushed and I wish they had explained what was wrong in a little more detail. Still, the problem got solved and everything is working now.

"Good Price and Solid Experience"
i mean, I was happy with my order from Down4SoundShop. I grabbed some audio gear and the price was better than most of the other places I looked at. Shipping was reasonable, everything showed up packed well, and the quality is really good for what I paid. I definitely don’t feel like I overpaid and I’d buy from them again.

"Really wish I had gone a different route"
I’ll be honest, I’m kind of regretting my order from Down4SoundShop. I was expecting my setup to sound way better than it did, but the bass came out weak and the highs were a little too harsh for my taste. It just didn’t have that clean, full sound I thought I was paying for. I spent a good amount of time messing with the settings, hoping I could dial it in, but it never really got there. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was a letdown and I wish I had spent my money somewhere else.

"Not really sure about this one"
The order showed up quickly, so that part was fine. But, uh… the item just felt a little off, and the packaging didn’t look like what I’m used to seeing. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really give me a clear answer, so yeah… I don’t think I’d buy this again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong speaker and had to exchange it, which was totally on me. Support took about a day to reply, which felt a little slow, right? But once they got back to me, the whole process was actually painless. They explained what I needed to send in, and the replacement showed up without much hassle. I do wish the response time had been quicker, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.

"Solid amp and wiring, with a small nitpick"
I got the amp and wires set up, and overall I’m happy with them. The quality feels solid, everything worked right out of the box, and the sound is clean. My only little complaint is that the wires could’ve been packaged a bit better or labeled more clearly, but once I got everything sorted, it worked great
