"Customer service non existent watch out"
Customer service non existent I guess they make enough doe they don't give a chit! Canceledan order and switch amps was told expect refund 2 to 3 biz days. Fair enough. It now been 10 they don't answer the phone when they do they say we tried to refund your card wont except it. Excuse me that's complete bull. So contested the charge with my credit card. Sure hope their equipment is better than their service. I'm having my doughts now

"terrible customer service / slow shipping"
I bought a sub woofer with built in amp. It took over 3 weeks to get the unit. By then I already bought a better unit from "Crushfield" and had it installed,. They take forever to send the unit. Very slow shipping and order fulfillment. I never opened the box and wanted to return the unit. They took 2 weeks to finally agree to take the unit back. I still have not received my refund. I am calling my credit card company to do a charge back.. they suck use Crushfield.

"Trash Customer Service"
Purchased a couple of 12s from them, both were damaged. Made me pay shipping to get them fixed, and also made me pay the restocking fee even though I reached out the same day I received them. Customer service sucks, and if you receive a damaged item, it’s not their problem, and don’t expect to get your money back.

If you're wondering if you should give down4sound a try regarding their in house amps, listen to me, DON'T!! A few months ago, I was debating getting their JP 234, four channel amp, and finally took the chance on em.... That was 3 months ago. The amp got installed about 3 weeks after purchasing, and a few days ago, started making so much noise/static, it's unusable! Although I paid extra for a 2 year warranty, I have been told I will have to pay for the repair and shipping both ways to their repair ship in Florida!! These folks are Class A Con Artists!! Stay away!!

"Agree with the rest, they don't care about customers!"
Man, I'm glad I started off light, I planned on purchasing 90% of my system through them. That's not going to happen now. I purcahsed 38 sqft of the 3 in 1 240 mil deadner sheets and 19 of the 23 sheets have the adheasive missing from the 1/8" to 1/2" from the end. This must be cut off and can't be used. I contacted support, sent pictures, they assured me that they have sold "10's of thousands of sheets of them" and this is the first time they are hearing of this. Yeah.. right. So, I go back and forth through their ticket system and was told they were going to send out replacements on Jan 25th, 2023. I asked for an update on Feb 17th and on the 20th, they are asking if I still have the bad sheets. Which, of course I do, I stopped the build till this could get fixed. It appears on the 25th, they were jus trying to get me to go away. It appears they have no intention of replacing the bad sheets. Their communication is the worst, I'll not be purchasing anything from D4S again.

"This company sales faulty equipment"
This company sales faulty equipment. I ordered a amp for my son for Christmas and it didn't work. We contacted customer support and got the run around. We didn't ask for a refund we asked for a replacement and was told that we have to send it to the company that made the amp. In other words they don't care about customer satisfaction it's not their problem.
